1. What is your refund policy?
All sales are final. However, if the product is damaged in shipping or if the print quality isn't correct, then the product will be replaced at no charge. You don't have to return the product. On a case by case basis, refunds may be offered : ).
2. How long does it take for a response by email?
We respond to emails right away unless we're experiencing high volume of emails- we will respond same day or within 24 hours : ).
